Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus Hosts KUSRC-IC 2026, Highlighting AI and Green Technology for a Sustainable Future
Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus (KUSRC) continues to strengthen its role as an international academic hub by hosting The 8th Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus International Conference (KUSRC-IC 2026) on 26–27 August 2026. Held under the theme “Sustainable Future Design: The Convergence of AI and Digital Green Technology,” the conference took place at the Grand Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Pakpirun Hotel, Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus.
The official opening ceremony was held on the afternoon of 26 August, with Assistant Professor Dr. Kanet Katchasuwanmanee, Vice President for Administration, Kasetsart University, presiding over the ceremony and delivering the opening remarks. Associate Professor Dr. Sathaporn CHUEPENG, Vice President for Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus, welcomed participants, while Assistant Professor Dr. Natthapon Pannurat, Assistant to the President for Research, Social Missions, and Digital Sriracha Campus, presented the objectives of the conference.

The conference also featured distinguished international speakers who shared insights into the intersection of technology and sustainability. Professor Erik Paolo Capistrano, Dean of the Cesar E.A. Virata School of Business at the University of the Philippines Diliman (UP Diliman), delivered a keynote address titled “Technology and Sustainability: Are We Really Getting There?”
The program also featured Dr. Hoang-Dung Nguyen, Dean of the Faculty of Automation Engineering at Can Tho University, Vietnam, who explored the application of artificial intelligence in engineering and its practical uses in real-world settings.
