KUSRC Celebrates 31 Years of Pride
Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus Celebrates 31 Years of Pride, Advancing AI and Green Technology for a Sustainable Future
On 26 August 2026, Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus (KUSRC) celebrated its 31st Anniversary under the theme “Sustainable Future Design: The Convergence of AI and Digital Green Technology.” The anniversary celebration was held at the Fitness and Sports Building (Building 13), reflecting the campus’s vision of harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and green digital technology to shape a more sustainable future.
The ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Kanet Katchasuwanmanee, Vice President for Administration, Kasetsart University, who delivered the opening remarks. Associate Professor Dr. Sathaporn Chuepeng, Vice President for Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus, presented a report highlighting the campus’s progress and development over the past year.
As part of the celebration, the “31 Years of Pride: Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus” performance was presented by the Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus Cheerleading Club, marking this significant milestone with pride and energy.
Beyond the anniversary celebration, the event also highlighted several important initiatives supporting the university’s mission. These included the presentation of an Power Development Fund, Chonburi Province 1, received on behalf of the campus by Associate Professor Dr. Sathaporn Chuepeng, as well as the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) with four leading partner organizations:
- MICE & Communication Co., Ltd.
- Origin Vertical Corporation Co., Ltd.
- Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya
- Novotel Marina Sriracha & Koh Si Chang
Through these partnerships, the four organizations will work closely with Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus to provide students with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in real-world learning and professional environments. The collaboration covers areas including event management, hospitality, and service industries, as well as educational activities designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to pursue their future careers with confidence and professionalism.
The ceremony also featured the presentation of Certificates of Appreciation to individuals who have made significant contributions to the campus, along with the 2026 Outstanding Lecturer Awards recognizing excellence in four areas: research, teaching and learning, student affairs, and academic services. These awards recognize and celebrate faculty and staff members for their dedication and commitment to their work.
Following the ceremony, university executives and guests visited an exhibition showcasing research, innovation, and educational projects from the campus’s various faculties. The exhibition highlighted the potential of interdisciplinary knowledge and cutting-edge technologies, underscoring Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus’s continued progress and strong commitment to shaping a sustainable future.
